What is your return or exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Balance Jewelry Line purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition. For detailed instructions and any exceptions, please refer to our full Shipping & Returns policy, or reach out to us directly.

How do I know what size bracelet to choose?

First, gather a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string. If using string, you'll also need a ruler. Wrap the measuring tape or string around your wrist just above the bone, where you typically wear your bracelet. Make sure it's snug but not so tight that it compresses your skin. Note the measurement in inches. If using string, mark where it overlaps and measure that length. Once you have your wrist size, that is considered the inside dimension of my bracelets.  Lastly, if you're unsure, send me an email. This way, you can customize the fit for maximum comfort and style. 

How should I store my jewelry?

To keep your Balance Jewelry Line piece looking its best, we recommend storing it in a jewelry box or a soft pouch when not in use. It is crucial to avoid getting your jewelry wet, as water can damage certain natural stones, weaken the integrity of the handmade components, and potentially tarnish metal accents. Gently wipe your piece with a soft, dry cloth to maintain its shine and energy.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Once your order is placed, we typically process it within 3 -5 business days. Shipping times then vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Are the stones genuine?

Yes, absolutely! Each piece of jewelry from Balance Jewelry Line uses genuine, high-quality stones. We carefully select each crystal to ensure its authenticity and potent healing properties, reflecting our commitment to your well-being.
